<span style=”font-family: Calibri;”>If I can only get to the pool once a week, are there exercises I can do such as a rowing machine that will still build the core muscles required? Or should I switch that out for a run/bike day and try to do longer swims when I am able to get to the pool?</span>

<span style=”font-family: Calibri;”>Do resistance exercises like pilates count for strength training? Or is that really more focused on gym workouts? </span>
