I did Augusta last weekend, the race was fun and hot. It was for me a late start, Augusta is a big race, 26 waves with the first one starting at 7:30 am and mine at 9:04 am.

SWIM
The swim is in the Savannah river, no wetsuit legal but you swim with the current which makes fast. Faster than expected I was out of the water in 37 min

does the subscription for trainingpeaks ends at the same date for all participants? I still have some weeks left for my race. I was checking the different subscription plans but asking before just in case.

I have an ear infection (I recommend using ear plugs when swimming). The doctor gave me meds and said I should rest for a week to let it heal. I think it is too much time and rest includes also no biking or running. How do I adjust the workouts? should I just skip a week of training or move all the workouts 1 week?

Peasantman is a good start of the season. I have been doing some training but not 100% as my training plan started this Monday so I signed for the sprint.
