How does Luray Olympic bike course compare to Ft. Ritchie? Honestly, I like hills but not tough hills.

Thanks. I finally did the course yesterday. I’d describe it as hilly, its more numerous hills then Centential (former Colombia tri) lots of gravel on the road.

seeking someone to ride with me. I have a flexible schedule and I am often available in the afternoons during the week.Generally average 14 mph, go anywhere from 12-21 mph depending on the terrain. I live near EFC Metro. saaronso@gwu.edu

Would anyone like to join me for a 30 mile ride on WOD Sunday 2/11? Average pace 13=8 depending on weather, bike and runner traffic etc… I will leave at 3. Its actually less crowded in the afternoon, but never empty, especially in Arlington/Vienna. Contact saaronso@gwu.edu
