I’ve just been considering bars and such. Want a packaged option over making it to save alittle time. Wanted to see if anyone had a silver bullet. I’m gonna read through that book too.
also – when eating, do you start 60 minutes after beginning or throughout entire workout if it’s going to be over 69. I’ve been starting to take food in at around the 30 min mark. Doesn’t make me feel sick so I’m thinking if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, but I’m not sure if I’m handicapping myself without knowing!
