I found the nutrition clinic helpful with things like eating small bites at regular intervals, having more complex carbs, and that peanut butter is the solution! Need to work more on nutrition with upcoming long rides and races.
Didn’t do PeasantMan but did do the Kinetic half practice ride with a little bit extra. Started out a bit too fast. Also have to work on staying in zone 2!
