RunBikeDavid replied to the topic Total 200 in 2021? in the forum Races 1 day, 21 hours ago
Hi Mark, I don’t know about Total 200 but I’ve see some Virginia rides listed and some of them occurred last year like the Culpepper Century and Loudon Gravel Grinder so I think a good chance of them occurring again.

RunBikeDavid replied to the topic 2021 Race Safety – Thoughts? in the forum Races 1 day, 21 hours ago
I did the Hagerstown Duathlon where I believe they followed the USAT guidelines. The bikes were spaced out more in transition so instead of having 6-7 bikes per rack it was only 3 which felt luxurious. It was a timed start and you had to wear a face covering when not racing. They had bin at the start if you wanted to drop your mask and also gave…[Read more]

RunBikeDavid replied to the topic Weekend Triathlon Retreat Location Suggestions in the forum General Discussions 6 months, 1 week ago
Lots of great suggestions from AJ!
Adding a couple more.
The Maryland Swim for Life is coming up. You could do the swim with them and then your own bike.
Another place could be Chickahominy Riverfront Park, the site of Rev3 Williamsburg. I think you can swim there or Jamestown Beach and then you could do the Rev3 half course.
