Reply To: Recovery Week


I’m back with another question on this topic. I’m totally wiped today from the run test yesterday — is anyone else fatigued, or is this a sign I royally messed something up during my recovery/test week?

I can’t imagine doing a swim test today, so I’m going to test on Wednesday instead, and either skip today’s swim or do Wednesday’s planned workout today (or a shorter adaptation). I’m curious if others are fried, and/or what I can do to prevent this in the future while testing. How did others feel this week, and how did your tests go? My run test results weren’t great (same as my bike average rather than 5-10 beats higher), so I’m thinking I messed up somewhere.
