I was able to go to the nutrition clinic back in March, but I totally missed the “continuous nibble” aspect. I’ve been following the calorie math on the bike pretty well, so I think this is the answer. (The Gatorade calories do count to that total, right? If not, I actually do need to add about 150 calories every hour.)
