Closure of both pool and gym has been a double-whammy. I do have a tubing set, and have incorporated tubing into my body-weight workout, including swim-specific drills called a tubing row for shoulders and back,  tubing stroke for biceps, and diagonal wood chop for core. That’s in addition to planks, squats, pushups, and lunges. For me, the gym provided focus and the pool is much more interesting than any tubing drill, so discipline has been a problem. What seems to help is loud music and limiting the size and duration of the exercise set since the anticipation of going through a long list of drills prevents me from even starting…
