Hey, you’re reading it right, but which day you want the rest day to be really doesn’t matter too much as long as you have 1 rest day per week.  Since you should attend the NTP happy hour, I would suggest moving your Feb. 22 bike workout to Monday/Tuesday.  Also, all pools in DC are closed on Monday for holiday, so you might need to move the swim workout to another day.  It’s mostly a flexible training plan as long as you get your workouts in sometime during the week.


You could really move the 1 rest day per week anywhere
