Due to the rainy weather forecast in the evening, we are cancelling the Dec 6 track workout.  Instead we are meeting for Happy Hour early from 6:15pm to 8pm (originally 7:30pm to 9pm).  Please meet us at Bronson Bierhall in Ballston.

Most Improved Male:

I am nominating Erik Guercio for the Most Improved Male.  He is a DC Tri Club Elite Team athlete.  So, it must be hard to improve from where he already was to next level.  He increased swim training this year.  Voila!  He improved his swim time significantly at the Luray Olympic Triathlon and placed 1st in Masters.

Nov 1, Nov 8, Nov 15, Nov 22 and Nov 29 .  All starts at 6:15pm.  Please finish individual warm up by 6:15pm.

Meet us on the field toward the corner of N. Stafford and Washington Blvd.

Since there is DCTC Elite Team HH in Rosslyn and some of track participants might want to attend it, we are meeting earlier this Tuesday, Oct 18 for the DCTC NoVa track workout.

Starting 5:45pm and ending  around 6:30pm ish.  Please meet us by finishing individual warm up by 5:45pm if you can.

Aug 9, Aug  16,  Aug 23 and Aug 30.   Meeting at 6:15pm N. Stafford street side track (currently meeting at the straight line area of track to have some shade) .  Please finish individual warm up prior to 6:15pm.

I have not done the both races. But I trained the Luray course a few times.  Luray has relatively long up hill in the end on the bike course.
