Hey DC Tri Club Fam!
I wanted to reach out as we have well over 100 participants registered for NTP this year, many of which are new to cycling. Although some of our athletes have the necessary tools to get them through COVID19, some of them don’t have a bike yet, let alone a trainer!
With that, I wanted to ask those that have a trainer to sell,…[Read more]

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for coming out to the NTP Info Session this past Sunday at Cleveland Park Library. It was great to put faces to names as we start the 2020 program. If you haven’t had a chance to check out the recorded video of the info session, please be sure to take time to hear what we have going on,…[Read more]
Hey Team! Just wanted to confirm that folks will be riding tomorrow with such nice temps. We have a new club member coming out by the name of Sean. He’s planning to meet folks at Cap Hill.

Thanks for checking in on the forum, and Weldon to NTP 2020. You should have received an email with a ton of resources once you signed up. If not, please let me know so I can make sure you get that as it’ll answer a ton of initial questions you man have.
However, our program has a goal race (Rev3 Williamsburg) with a 12 week tr…[Read more]

Congrats again to everyone that participated in today’s race. It was a true pleasure to see the progress you all made as athletes since our first session a few months ago.

That’s such a good race. You can find all of our discounts under the “Partners” tab, then by selecting “Redeem Discounts”.
Here is the link for that page also: https://www.dctriclub.org/partnerships/redeem-discounts/

Good Morning Everyone.
I am planning to join BicycleSPACE this Sunday for their “Mighty Hills of Rock Creek Park” bike ride. The ride leaves from their Downtown shop at 440K St., N.W in Mount Vernon Triangle. There is an 8AM start time should return to the shop by noon.
The ride is to be a casual, friendly, but challenging shop ride which…[Read more]

What’s going on everyone. I’m planning to go to Wilson Aquatics Center tonight about 7:45 for a swim, then following it up with tacos.
All are welcome to join!
*Sorry for the late notice*

Pace will depend on who shows up. I will not leave anyone behind though!

I will be planning a group run on March 30th at 8:30am.
We will be running from Bread Furst down Connecticut Ave (Sprint Training Plan 10 minutes out and 10 minutes back; Olympic Training Plan 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back)
Afterwards, we will stick around for breakfast together.
Welcome to DC, and to DC Tri Club. Look forward to training with you, Patrick.
That distance and pace works great for me right now! I’ll be seeing you tomorrow at 10am! Keep me posted of anything changes with your schedule and I’ll be sure to do the same.
Glen, I’m down to ride tomorrow morning if you/folks are planning to go out. What pace & distance are you thinking?
Training for my first full… Will anyone else be doing Ironman Maryland this year? Would love to connect if so, especially for one of their supported training rides on the course.
I’ll be out there racing on Sunday.
