Here is description of the place from Susana.
It’s 1 bedroom/1 bath in a mid-size building in Cleveland Park, DC. The unit is clean, quiet, and spacious (approximately 710 sq ft). The unit has large windows that maximize natural light. Parquet floors throughout, updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Building is clean and well-maintained. Amenities include onsite laundry, bike storage, and roof deck. Street parking (Zone 3) easily available. Garage parking and additional storage in the building are available for additional fee (and subject to availability).
The neighborhood is great and very walkable. Giant, CVS, Silver Dining, Starbucks, Cactus Cantina, Barcelona Wine Bar, 2 Amys, and Conte’s Bike Shop are located within one and two blocks of the building. The Washington Cathedral is 0.5 miles from the apartment building. In the other direction and within a 10-minute walking distance are Whole Foods, the Tenleytown Public Library, Target, the Container Store, Guapos’, Panera, Wilson Aquatic Center, and Tenleytown Train Station. The apartment is also close to multiple public transportation options: the 30N, 30S, 31, 33, and 96 bus stops are across the street from the building. The H4 and H3 buses stop next to the building. Finally, the Cleveland Park train station is located 0.8 miles from the building – 14 minute walk.
Available June 1 for a 12-month lease. Rent is $1650/month and includes utilities (water and gas). Electric is not included. No pets are permitted in the building.
