We are pleased to confirm all 2018 Nation’s Escape Triathlon athletes will receive a refund (inclusive of registration fee and USAT one day fees, as applicable). Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for your initial registration. Expect refunds to post within 5-7 business days on your next billing statement. Please email us at info@escapeseriestri.com if you do not see a refund posted to your account.
Some additional updates:

• If you pre-purchased a FinisherPix photo package, please contact support@finisherpix.com for a full refund.
• If you’re still holding a timing chip for Nation’s Escape Triathlon, please mail to the following address: Premier Event Management, 509 S Al Davis Rd, Suite B, Harahan, LA 70123
• If you did not pick up your Build Your Own Race Bag or would like to receive a Nation’s Escape medal, we will mail those items to you. Please click the following link and complete this form before Friday, October 12th: Nation’s Escape BYORB.
• If you already filled out this BYORB form, your order has been shipped.
